They were brilliant. Swift, polite, very careful with the piano. I will most definitely use them again. So so pleased with this service, particularly in comparison to the company who moved the piano for us beforehand (they were slow, struggled with it's weight and scratched the floor). VVM were an absolute dream in comparison! Happy to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

These guys were phenomenal. My Piano is a very large and heavy upright, that they had to move from a 2nd floor flat with no lift and narrow staircases - to a 2nd floor flat, with no lift, and tight head height. Needless to say the three men worked like crazy to get it moved and well and truly earned their money! They took the necessary steps to protect the keyboard and were careful to avoid catching the walls. There were a few moments where it looked like it might not be possible to get it up to the new flat, but they took measurements and remained positive to try their best and ultimately my piano now sits safely in its new home! A great team with great attitude and camaraderie between them, it was a pleasure to witness them work together - thank you so much for taking on such a difficult job!! William and his team delivered our piano safely and took our old piano back although it was pretty challenging to get it through the front door and then transfer into the music room due to adjacent doors allowing just enough space. He and his team are professional and knew what they were doing. So will certainly recommend these guys if anyone wants a piano or any heavy item delivered to their home.
